Lucius Aemilius, son of Lucius, imperator, has decreed that those slaves of the Hastenses who live in the Lascutana Tower are free; he has ordered that the fields and town which they have possessed to that time can now be held by them in full ownership, as long as the people and the senate of Rome assent.
